    can you explain why?

    Is this law rule?

What my terms of service and privacy policy should include?

So all websites should have tos and privacy policy?

Like i said this is affiliate store and I'm not selling anything

Every site that has Adsense on it needs a privacy policy. It's a violation of your adsense agreement not to have one and can cause your account to be banned. You should have read the adsense tos before you put it up.

You should also take into account the FTC rules and guidelines on privacy at http://business.ftc.gov/privacy-and-security.

Step one is to get a good privacy policy that is appropriate for your site. Many of the generic ones leave out specific provisions that may apply to a particular site (such as dealing with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)).

Step two is follow the privacy policy to the letter. The fastest way to get in hot water with the FTC is to say one thing and do another (which is another problem with a generic privacy policy that may contain provisions that do not truly describe your practices).

Another reason to have these things on your site is to avoid lawsuits. In the not-too-distant-past (at least to me), a visually handicapped person sued a company because its website didn't provide access for the visually impaired. TOS's, in particular, exist to cover your ass!

Walt Disney Internet Group does it. ABC.com, Disney.com, ESPN.com and many, many more URLs all refer you to the corporate privacy policy at http://corporate.disney.go.com/corporate/pp_wdig.html

I've done it on several of my sites. On the other hand, you need to be careful that the sites are really all similar enough or you will have a really long privacy policy that contains a lot that is irrelevant to some of the sites.
