Terms for social media affiliates?

Google publicly announced what a lot of us already assumed. Social networking influences SERP! This is great news that should generate more biz for SEOs. So I think it's time to launch my Social Marketing network (Affiliate network for paid tweets, fans, etc.)

I've seen a couple popular websites similar to what I'm trying to do so I could just mimic their terms but as far as offering an affiliate program, I need advise and suggestions on what I should NOT leave out of the disclaimer/terms.

    Check out http://www.cyberlawfacts.com/2011/02/domain-name-lease.html

The choice of law and forum disputes clause listed there are both relevant to the Terms of Service for social marketing. You would also want other clauses dealing with:

-Definitions of phrases used in the document
    -Warranty
    -Indemnity
-Option to elect arbitration as opposed to going through the courts in a dispute
    -Liquidated damages clause

There's a lot more but those are a few that you might consider.
