    i have a site similar to watch-movies.net where people can watch the lastest movies online for free, e.g. hancock, wall-e, wanted, kung fu panda, etc
    am i allowed to place adsense on that site?

    Well first of all your site is already constructed as illegal and infringement of copyright contents. It's only logical that adsense won't allow their ads to be put on your site.
