Hi, i've just created my first website and was wondering whether it's nesecarry to place Terms and Conditions on the site anywhere. Its just a regular site about a local football team.
If so how would i go about writing these Termsn and Conditions or would i copy them from somewhere.
    Many thanks!

are you selling anything from the site ?

you cant just copy and paste from some other site , there are lots of sites providing TOS / Legal forms etc these days - free and paid .

If your site requires registration etc , then just put up some basic info maybe .

There is still some liability of someone acts on information from
your site and screws up their life.
