Hey there, I am currently creating a freelance programming website. Do I need the terms and conditions and privacy statement links in the footer of my home page? If the links are in the footer, would that stop somebody from sucessfully suing me? Furthermore, what about if I placed these documents in a subpage not directly linked to the home page?
