Termination date not being removed.

Lately it seems like we've had several accounts that are cancelled then return to be a customer. But when we restore them from hold the termination date isn't removed. So next time we run cancels they get cancelled again, even though they are paid up. What am I doing wrong?

I think you manually have to remove the termination date (at least thats what I do) for a workaround.

Well it doesnt seem to happen all the time. Is this a bug, or should we be doing something different?

It wouldn't remove the termination date because a customer going on hold doesn't set the termination date to begin with. Is someone setting it manually by chance? The system thinks it's a future (manually scheduled) termination.

If you restore a terminated account (under Scripts menu) it will remove the termination date.
