Term Of Use for an ClickBank affiliate Website

    Is it possible to get a free template or sample of a simple TOS for a Aff. website

    I'm promoting Ebooks for Clickbanks Publishers and I write my own markting pages so i send my sufers stright to the clickbank checkout page, so when a buyer buys a book throw my site he never seen the authors (clickbank publisher) website.

    what kind of TOS should\can use.

    In your TOS, just inform visitors to the clickbank return policy and also provide a clickbank customer service link.

    I have no clue what so ever on what to write inorder for the TOS to be valide tho isnt there any template, samples i could use?
