Tendinitis in my wrist what should I do? I use to go ln the computer for 9 hours a day, but now I reduced to 2-3 hours a day. Is that enough time for it to heal? Or should completly stop. Any other tips that will heal it faster. thanks
Go see a doctor. And of course cut down computer time to an aboslute bare minimum to give your self time to heal
It starts in the neck (C-3 and 4) and works its way down to your wrist. Go see a Chiropractor. My dad is one and he works on TIN all the time.
Only use your wrists when necessary and it will eventually go away on its own. If you stop typing completely it'll probably go away in a week or two. Keep going like you are and it'll probably take twice as long.
