This site - http://tendereldercare.com - is a site that I started back in 2008 as my aging aunt was going through some serious health issues that none of us in our family was prepared for. She lived along all her life and was very resistant to accepting help from anyone. I was stunned at how quickly she went down hill and quite frankly very upset that none of her loved ones had a clue about the many different facets of elder care.

I wrote many of the articles you see on the site myself after doing a significant amount of research into elder care issues so that I'd be well versed in the subject should my folks ever need assistance. There are a few PLR articles I added later on, but the vast majority of the 97 articles are mine.

Unfortunately, I grew tired of writing articles and my interest in the site waned over the years. I've done absolutely no marketing with the site, outside of running some paid traffic earlier this year. The monthly uniques and page views you see shown include the paid traffic. I have monetized it with Adsense and also have some other affiliate accounts set up. But the income that has been derived from the site has been all Adsense to this point. So far this year - 1/1/12 - 9/30/12, Adsense income has been $41.02. I don't think there is any question that with the proper marketing, this site could really do quite well, considering the quality of the articles as well as the topics covered on the site.

The site is Wordpress based and utilizes the "Clickbump" theme. This is a premium / paid theme that requires that a new license be purchased when a site is sold. The cost of this new license - which will be in the name of the person purchasing the site - is part of the purchase price and will be paid by me. This license will allow you access to the user forum and support. You'll incur no other costs other than the purchase price of the site.

If I had the time and the continued interest in Elder Care, I'd not be selling the site, would be continuing to add to it and would market it to the hilt because I don't think there is any question about the interest / money in this niche. 246,000 searches for Elder Care monthly on a global basis.

Domain is with GoDaddy and expires on 3/23/13. I'd be happy to push it to your GoDaddy account, or transfer it to your registrar.
