I don't know who are you but you should respect people while they post new tips for you read everyday. Maybe it's old , maybe it's new . But you should respect them anyway.

About them website is no pr and low alexa rank , is it important ? How you can know they have other website is so good . And this website is just simple development near some day ago ?

While you are on a webmaster forum, you might want to pull your head out of your rear and note that PR means diddly-squat, and neither does an Alexa ranking (do you even understand how Alexa works???) Stop trolling. You are not convincing.
