Well if George Stepahnoupoupopopolus says he can't win, then he can't win.

When you can't get media coverage, and 50% of the electorate don't recognize your name, there is never too much effort. :)

You should consider urself a very lucky guy . I wish i was getting messages about a guy that never wavers in his stance, tells the truth and is for smaller government. Your complaining???? I would complain if i got one email from a neocon candidate.

I don't live in US and have no interest in US elections. I'm no big mindless supporter of Ron Paul. So yes, Ronies spamming my mail box bothers me. The funny thing is, I never got any mail from so called neo-con candidates.

Yeah, we can't withdraw from the rest of the world, we need to continue to maintain our empire so eventually we'll have a economic collapse and become a third wold country.........

Yeah, telling the truth is a "bad" thing, it is cool when politicians lie......

It would be real cool if a mechanic pretended like he was fixing someones car, but lied and told them the brakes work fine, but they didn't and then the person got into an accident on a freeway and died. Or perhaps it would be cool if you had children in school, and one of their peers lied to them and told them there was nothing wrong with taking crystal meth, or cocaine, and then the kid takes it, has an overdose, and dies.......

Or, maybe its cool when you meet and marry a woman who lies and pretends like she loves you, when it turns out later on after your marriage that she lied, and was only after your money, then divorces you and takes everything you have..........

Yeah, lying a great thing in politics. Lie about the intelligence so 1 million Iraqis, and thousands of American troops lose their lives, and now Iraq full of depleted uranium which will remain their for a long time, killing future generations. Yeah, lying is REAL cool. Ron Pauls is a bad dude because he tells the truth.

Speak for yourself pal......if you liked being lied to by politicians, or treated like a fool by our elected representatives, then perhaps you should move to Mexico, Nigeria, or Uganda, or Myanmar, the politicians in these countries love lying to. We see how far these countries have gotten.

But if it so happens that you're right, and Americans do in fact like being lied to, then once we turn into a police state, our economy blows out, and we are overrun with illegals, we will just be one big old happy third world family, and then Americans can find out what it is like to live in Uganda or Mexico.

Wow!, George can predict the future? Can he tell us who is going to win the Super Bowl to!!!?

You may be right about this one, we will see during the 08 election............I mean, after all, the American people let George W. Bush get in office twice, you can't say a lot of positive things about a nation of people who do that, but hell, it doesn't matter, if Al Gore or Kerry got in office, it would be the same BS.

Yeah, that isn't a good thing, maybe he should have just voted for it and then flip flop like Hillary and act like he is against it now..........

Wow, now here is an oxymoron. A man who is running for president so he can be the LEADER of the United States should FOLLOW along with what the other candidates do, instead of thinking for himself. There is nothing like a president who can't think on his own, who must follow the crowd. Yeah, sure, following the crowd is now a sign of leadership qualities..........

Isn’t that like the police or FBI withdrawing from cities and neighborhoods because their presence there makes criminals made and uneasy?

Wow, nice jump for equivalence there.

Here is a better analogy. It's like your neighbors leaving your house and taking their guns with them, because it makes you mad and uneasy.

Foreign country populace = tenant in a rented house
Foreign country government = home owner
    USA = gun toting neighbor

If the home owner invites (or is coerced into inviting) the gun toting neighbor to occupy the house with the tenant, the tenant just might be resentful.

Bernard nailed it. This isn't like the FBI or police leaving our cities. The FBI and police have a duty to uphold, and also have jurisdiction to be in charge of our land and territory. Are you therefore suggesting that our troops and army has jurisdiction over every parcel of land on Earth? If you are, you are quite delusional on the role of our military, and our place in this world of 200+ sovereign nations. If you aren't, then you realize your analogy is flawed and Guerilla's analogy is spot on.
