The site is http://www.car-videos.org Ten month old 2 month ago --> 270 pages indexed on Google now --> only 205 It isn't on the serp for "car videos" I don't understand why I haven't visitors I have used 2 directory submission services. Help me please
You don't barely have any onsite optimization at all. Title tag, meta description and keyword tags are either non-existant or poorly written. Your site look spammy and I suspect a lot of duplicate content in it. Get back to the basics first, external links or sandbox are far to be your priority issues here.

You should have more directory submittion (more than 50..). Only 2 directory is too few ( or that 2 directory is very quality site such as dmoz)
Do SEO for ranking and traffic on your site. Only seo will increase number of your indexed pages. If you don't know seo, hire any good seo service...
the site does have a good amount of backlinks most show up in yahoo. Although it only has 14 google links try linking to more quality sites.
Make sure that when you get links they use the anchor text the same as your desired keywords such as 'car videos' and seek out links from relevant sites such as other motoring websites. You should also use blogs and signitures in motoring forums to promote your site and again use anchor text in the links. You can't just expect your sites to rank without doing both on-site and offsite seo. As you sites been out there for a while then a carefull on-site seo makeover and some quality links could send your site up the ranks pretty fast.
I thought ten month ion the box was bad but I see in another thread some one has a site in for four years.
From what I saw on the website there was barely any content at all. No titles and the banner at the top says error. You might want to fix those first.
No offense but your site looks like an adsense site. Try a graphic on your front page. The Google ads caught my eye, and you don't make the video list prominant it blends into the background. Good luck, it's a great niche.
