Temporary solution to skip Paypal PAN number page and go to your account

I know some of you who don't have a PAN card are stuck at Paypal's PAN number page when you login. And Paypal won't allow you to access your "My Account" page to send or receive money. Well, there is a work around for this.

    1. When you reach the "Update account information" page, click on the Help link at the top

    2. When you get the help page, click on "My Account" link in the middle

    3. That's it. You are now in "My Account" page, without entering PAN card information

Not sure if you can do a bank withdrawal without entering PAN information. But at least you can check your balance and send and receive payments.

you can access paypal main page by directly clicking the "paypal" logo at the top. you don't have to enter PAN card number for that, just avoid it.

I am making a shift to moneybookers now. I don't have a PAN number and new in India (been 6 months now). I am an Indian and I hold an Indian passport. I was staying in Nepal since my childhood and now came to India for my graduation. Anyone knows if I am eligible to have a PAN number?

Otherwise, I'll be shifting to moneybookers. I hope RBI doesn't do this to moneybookers.
