    I bought Templicious.net approx 2 years ago with hopes of turning it into a template resource site, however that never quite happened and now I can't afford to keep re-newing it. It expires on the 26th February (in a few days) hence why it's so cheap. There arent many page views or any content but the name is quite catchy and i thought maybe someone can make something from it.

    The final payment will have to be through PayPal.
