    If your making over $3,000 why not just keep it for 3 months and you'll make the $10,000 from selling it and then you'll have money for the software development business and still have your template business which you can use the income from that to help you to improve your software development business even more and if you can't be bothered answering questions from customers and promoting the site hire someone to do this with the thousands of profit your making a month it won't cost you much to hire a few people.
