    Thats correct, $3000 is the profit after expenses, highest offer from private is $5450 I believe.

    I only remember last 2 months were: DEC. $4000 in revenue and $400 was expenses.
    NOV. $2800 in revenue and $210 was expenses

    So the more money you put it, the more money you will get out.
