I bought one 2 years ago, a flash site. I didn't buy the unique version, I just modified it myself. You get a bit of other free stuff when you buy a template, loads of pictures and icons (all good quality), which you can use royalty free on any sites.
I think we just need to buy an idea from TM, modifie in whatever way we want its allowed, so we can make from one design template tonns of other and all this for about $60
They are good looking but still they are very expensive, I might be hiring a professional rather buying from them.
