Just wondering what your experience with them is?
I'm working on a website for someone and found a nice layout there that I'd want to use, so I buy the layout..

    Connecting. Please wait.
Operator is available. Feel free to inquire for information.
4:51:17 <me> Why was my order cancelled?
4:51:27 <Stan> hello. What state are you now in pleasE?
    4:51:45 <me> Florida.
    4:52:16 <me> Pathetic this is.
    4:52:46 <me> Well?
4:52:50 <Stan> one quick question, ok?
    4:53:04 <me> What ?
4:53:05 <Stan> what time is it now?
    4:53:08 <me> ...
4:53:13 <me> Are you on crack?
    4:53:16 <Stan> no
    4:53:22 <me> 4:53am.
4:53:35 <Stan> right. Sorry for the inconveniences
4:53:49 <Stan> we can't proceed with your orders for security reasons
    4:53:54 <me> What security reasons?

And I never got a reply to that.
I can understand security measures..but if you don't want my money at least tell me why!

I filed a complaint with them, and decided to post a link to this thread in the complaint.
    Lets see what they say.

Well.. I got a reply in the support ticket. Not exactly what I was expecting.

Unfortunately, we cannot release much information about why your order was canceled after it was manually reviewed by our anti-fraud team. They made the determination that there were grounds on which accepting the order would be a significant risk of that order being fraudulent, instead of taking that risk the order was canceled. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Well buddy, I have a friend working there..., and when I saw your post I was just curious asking him - what was the problem, since I have an affiliate account with them. Basically, he was not able to disclose any specific facts about your problem due to their security policy. But as far as I understand - you were simply tried to hack them, and put a fraudulent order through. That is why they said you - good bye.
So don't be a smartass here;)

    Ok, you're retarded.

Firstly: please learn how to speak English.
"You were simply tried to hack them"

    I tried to hack them?

The information on the credit card that I ordered with - the VERY same credited card I used to fund all my purchases here on DP (and not one complaint on my 9 itrader) - the very same credit card thats funding my business - wasn't accepted.

I'm not being a smartass, templatemonster are being retarded, and losing their business this way.

If you'd have read this thread, Ansi messaged me, and guess what? He did a custom layout for me for a great price. Not to mention the fact that I paid him with the same credit card that I tried to pay templatemonster with.

I'm not trying to scam anybody. With my business name here and my integrity on the line, would I risk it?
I've tried my hardest to be fair and hell - I understand the precautions you have to take when dealing online - but templatemonsters support was beyond disgusting.

Listen dude... Who gives a shit about English. I am working in eCommerce for 4 years now, have plenty of websites all over the web, earning 15 grand monthly. And guess what! Templatemonster helps to do it. I am pretty sure that they have the best customers service online and they never let me down. So go ahead and work with Ansi, I hope he will not get a chargeback because of this deal.

Webdealer: Then those groundless assumptions were out of place.
Templatemonster has nice templates - I NEVER ONCE DOUBTED THAT.

All I'm saying is the support that I got was bullsh!t.

Now I'm going to do a chargeback on Ansi's transactions (from 2 paypal accounts because one didn't have the full funds).
After that I'm going to chargeback all 10 people with whom I've worked here on DP: Having people code my PSD's, set up blogs, and mostly selling signature links.
On top of that, I'm going to do chargebacks on the people I've loaned money.

Because hell - I've loaned over $185 to DP members in the last week -. Just to screw them over again.

I'm here on DP as much for promoting my business as well as helping people out - I'md sure people can back me up on that.

    All I'm saying is this:
My support with them was BS, and I wouldn't ruin my good reputation here (my main source of business), or anywhere else online.

you better not! lol. wanna loan me $400 for my camera? kidding, should be getting a nice fat down payment today. was supposed to get it yesterday but i found out that i needed to finish atleast 4 mock-ups first. so now they're done and i should be getting it today, yay. as for you webdealer, read the support he got. it was beyond rediculous. i can see why he turned elsewhere. now drop it, it's over and done with. this is getting to be almost just as rediculous as his support was.
