Template3.com - Website Templates - Huge Potential

I built www.template3.com about 6 months ago with big intentions but got side tracked on other projects so unfortunately have not spent the time on it that it deserves. Template3.com is a templatemonster.com affiliate site. It is definitely one of the better designed Template Monster affiliate sites out there and has the potential to do very well if you simply spent some time promoting it.

If you spent some money on Adwords and promoted the site it would definitely turn over a decent profit. The great thing about template monster affiliate program is that you can withdraw your affiliate commissions whenever you like without waiting for a check.

This is a great opportunity for someone to step straight in and take over the fully developed site and start promoting it. I don’t really want to see it go because I know its potential but I have so many development projects on the run that I just don’t have the time.

Before you say "the asking price is more the 12 x monthly revenue", the reason is that I spent a lot of time developing the site, it is truly one of the better template affiliate sites out there and it certainly has the potential to turn over a healthy profit. So my asking price is not purely based on profit on this website.

It has sold 12 templates in the last 5 months ($133 commissions) with doing nothing but getting a little traffic from another one of my sites. At the moment template3.com get around 50 unique visitors a day.
