I like it and I think you should keep it, but it looks crammed you should add
some negative space between the adsense ads and the search box and
the adsense ad which is below your search box would look better if it
was center aligned.

 

Lime green link is kinda an eye killer, but other than that looks good.

 

OFFTOPIC: uhmmm.... so... if this site doesn't work, how exactly would the people who it didn't work for see "If this site doesn't work visit Listpopo for other proxy sites." ?

ONTOPIC: It's not a bad design at all, works fine for the type of site you have. Agree with the bright green thing Rizy said.

 

The width is too small.. just around 630px. It'll be good if it is around 750px.
