    Well basically my site (adsense-help.com) has over 150 pages, and I really need to create one web page which automatically alters the other 149 web pages,

    So any advice on how to create this template would be appriciated, thanks :D

    I think using php and a template for all the pages would probably be the best way to go but I might be wrong. I dont know how to code all that but I have seen others do it.

    PHP is the best answer for you. For starters, you can use simple includes, but it's a good idea to broaden your knowledge. Try taking a look at Smarty.
