Template Slicing and Coding tutorial?

Does anyone have a tutorial or a video tutorial on how to do this? I know how to make a template in photoshop. I somewhat know how to slice that template. When I convert it to html is when I have the problems. Tables break, etc.

Did you try Google for this purpose? I guess there must be many tutorials there.
