Buying Template sliced and coded in XHTML and CSS

    Hi their digital point users! i am in need of a coder who can slice a template and code it in XHTML and CSS. The coder should be able to do this within a reasonable time limit. I don't want the template to consist of alot of images sliced so if your experienced in this field this is the job for you.

    Please make sure your english is fluent and of high standards. Your coding should also be of high standards.

    My budget is REALLY low so if your going to charge a high amount please don't contact me.

    I may need some images changed here and there so if your good at photoshop then you will have a high advantage over receiving the job.

    I could help you with this for a low price, but that looks almost like a dynamic site. I can do programming too for the dynamic side of things, but would probably charge a bit more.
