I have got a question regarding the next template:

    http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/22177.html

how can I know whether the sections names (about us , services etc.) are part of the html code or images?

Can I customize the template without any knowledge of Photoshop, Just html?

    Thanks.

Probably a question for template monster?

If you are changing images, then yes, you need photoshop or any other decent image manipulator. The GIMP is free and good, so I've heard.

If it is just text you are changing (that isn't within an image) then HTML would be fine.

Is there any way to know just by looking at it whether it's image or not?

I imagine that the logo is indeed an image so will need to be editted properly. What do you want to change? There is a mixture of text and images so yes, you probably will need a program.

You can tell by clicking + holding down on the image and trying to move. This will show you if the text is in the image or not. *might need to use Firefox

    * They have a sample file so download the template and look for yourself. It should be easy to determine.
