    Looking to sell templatecoder.com. Built the site and didn't advertise it that much other than doing SEO for the following terms:

    "template coder" - #1
    "template coding" - #5
    "template coders" - #6

    We did this through some link building, which has also helped the site become a PR1.

    Assume no traffic and revenue. Site is ideal for anyone who does freelance template coding, all prices on the buy now page are easy to modify.

    Buy it now is $250 mostly due to the value of the domain. Accepting all serious bids.
