I've written some things on the affiliate program I'm using and why I love it so much. In most cases you will get free templates with affiliate programs related mostly to health, dating, webcams and gambling. Affiliate in my 3th link (signature) also have free templates for all there products. They have health and adult products. But be carefull with this free templates, make shure that you will rewrite content, change the name of images and alt tags. Or at least rewrite content, because that is the only way not to get banned from google for duplicate cotent.
