I think 165$ would do good. Also how about split up the prize? 100$ to the designer (he delivers you the psd, and you give the psd to the coder who'd do it for 65$ or less maybe) If 100$ is only for psd, I would enter.
and I'm afraid that you probably wont be able to have it completed today. possibly by the weekend... unless you can find a super speedy coder/designer
Yeah, coding's gonna take a little while. Take my suggestion and give this project to some individual who can do the designing along with coding/integration for you, Im sure they will propose a price near 160-180$.
