Telling Apple that text is text and not a phone number

I've got a page that is only ever seen on a device. Android plays nicely but Apple sees a membership number and tries to turn it into a phone number, it see Sep 16 and turns that into a hyperlinked date.

I can use css to disguise them but really, I'd just like to wrap something around them that tells Apple to leave well alone. Is there anything?

 

I believe you can use meta tags to tell an iOS device to not do it for various types of links like so:

Date didn't work but having the membership number left alone is a significant win.

The date one is undocumented, but at least it used to work. Maybe they stopped it... not sure. Haven't used any of them in a long time myself. I finally just decided to let it do whatever... lol
