    • turn off background app refresh in settings
    • turn off wifi
    • turn off bluetooth
    • put on do not disturb to stop notification engine
    • kill background apps
    • delete apps that you don't use that may be polling their servers
    android
    there's a magic app that you can search for that kills all non-phone functions except the app that you're actually using.

    both
    limit your use of gps using tools like trackr, life360, glympse & AR games

    cost is probably unrealistic because it will depend on freight, guarantees, manufacturer, the case it needs to fit - but asking about advanced features is good.

    Intel Pentium G4560 Processor (3MB Cache, up to 3.50 GHz) is probably the best bang for your buck. Hyper-Threading is enabled.

    I recently got a Dell desktop for my parents and this is the CPU it came with.

    In the year 2008, at that time I assembled CPU via Supplier having features
    Processor - Dual CPU Intel Pentium E2180 @2.00 GHZ
    RAM - 1.99GB
    System - 32bit

    It is very Old Now... but Still Valuable to me.

    I want to assemble new CPU with advance features because I want to start video editing business. My current system is not enough to produce the results. Unable to run the heavy software's. I am Not interested to buy LAPTOP, but interested in assembled CPU.

    Someone Suggest about I-7 Processor 12GB ram... so on... What Do you say?
