Requirement: Gallery2 MYSQL database of 150MB+ Approximately (It can rise upto 500MB in one year I guess so).

Listen friends I don't like to keep u all in doubts. Gallery 2 is very difficult task to keep its DB on ur servers. Listen dreamhost said we can't keep ur DB on our server n they disabled my DB.

So, what I suggest is try to think again n tell me offer I don't want any misunderstandings from you my dear cool friends.

If dreamhost can't host it doubt hardly anyone can.

 

I don't think gallery should be much of a problem. Maybe the database just needs to be optimized ? We run a few G2 installs... even on our smaller servers... without any problems from them.

I think companies, such as "DH", limit MySQL resources to try and upsell their services.

 

But you see I have 65,000 wallpapers that nobody is having yet n maybe all will take alot of months to reach that limit. So, guys please think again b4 dealing with me.

I am simple if all goes right according to a true human being rules. Dreamhost hurt me n my friend alot. So think again n let me know. Also u can contact me on .

From the sounds of it you need a lot of CPU and specific optimizations to your mySQL configuration. No shared hosting offers this and I think you need to look into a VPS or dedicated server that will let you do this. The below plan I would think would be enough although I'm not sure how much traffic you receive (unrelated to mysql). I can install LXadmin which is a free control panel and optimize mysql for you.
