I have a brand new product being offered through clickbank. And I've set up a page at http://www.brianhillanddeepower.com/affiliate.html which offers some resources to sell the product (It's 126 page ebook) What else could I offer to help you sell my ebook? (Besides a 200% commission of course <grin>) Dee
Without even knowing what your product is I think your site is a little all over the place. As an affiliate, I would attempt to market a product that would get me some good conversion action....perhaps your site needs a little structure. good luck
Reapr. I have been offering review copies to affiliates who are interested in promoting to their established lists. If you're interested in that scenario I'd be happy to send you a review copy of Your Ebook: From Cyberspace to the Bookstore Shelves. In my limited experience quite a few Internet Marketers only sell 'make money' products. It would be a waste of time for them to offer it, if that's the type of product their list is interested in. As far as a lower price for DP members, I haven't figured out how to offer more than one price per product through clickbank. The customer lands on the pitch page. It would seem to me to be very confusing to offer the same product with three different prices. Dee
Noobie: The site the product is on is our (I have a co-author) website for us as authors. It's not your usual sales page/letter. And I can understand how affiliates who are used to a sales page only website but think our site is "all over the place." (grin). I could set up a separate web page just for the ebook, but I thought that it would add credibility if potential buyers could see that we are established authors who have six books published, ranging from big New York publishers to self publishing to ebook publishing. Thanks for your input. Dee
Banners, adwords ads and keywords, a reason to sell every month emailed to our email account, close contact, an email that would work well if we sent it out to our list, just flat out resources.
Thanks for your advice. I'm having a banner made. There are three sizes of the book cover graphics available. There is short ad copy (230 words) and longer ad copy (600 words), a free report for affiliates to offer, and an article available for affiliates' newsletters. I was thinking about writing a couple of 500 word question and answer articles that affiliates could post on their blogs. Do you think that's a worthwhile idea? Dee
hi, my personal opinion: the font is too hard to read. I feel lost and dont know where to start reading yes you need a seperate page for whatever your promoting.. you have many page leaks
Generally affiliates need as many tools and resources as possible This would include things like banners, graphics, book covers, proven adwords/ PPC text ads text ads, email ad copy etc Most merchants on clickbank provide next to nothing, so the fact they you are offering something is good
you have many page leaks I'm not sure what this means. Do you mean the sales page links to other pages on my website and it shouldn't? I can take off those links. I just thought that since the product is how to get your book published that it's important potential buyers see I've been published and that I have some expertise in book publishing. Should I set this up as a separate website that doesn't link to anything else except the page for the affiliates and clickbank? Someone said the font was hard to read, any suggestions as to what might be easier? A different font or just larger? Anyone who gives me specific advice I will give them a free copy of either product in my sig line. The sales page I'm concerned about is http://www.BrianHillAndDeePower.com/ebook.html Dee
I like to read verandana font.. about size 14 i think. Your sales page should have any links going to pages in other sites unless its to gain cred for the product you are selling.. This links should also open in a new window. Do not try to sell other products on your sales page.. Affiliates wont pay (adwords) to send traffic to your page if customers can buy something else that wont give them commission. for example this link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/0793193087/ref=nosim?tag=briacom-20 CB affiliates wont get anything if they buy this book.. + it opens in a new window.. If you need help desiging a good sale page check out elance.com and post your project their. hope this helps anyway
