Setup your portfolio and start advertising your service. Also, try to learn new things like coding to offer more service. And you can always run a website to make money but this can take some time.
Great, there are many people looking for logos here. Post an ad here in dp and gather your portfolio.
Don't get me wrong, but why does it seem like 90% of people are not willing to do any of the research or leg work in learning how to be successful. They think other people owe it to them to give them the answers.

I suggest you work at freelancing sites. There you can find many logo designing jobs. You can make some good money there.
If you are good with logos, you might consider doing some pavement pounding and approach your local businesses to see if anyone needs a new logo. Unfortunately there is no way to get big bucks overnight or without doing a fair amount (if not a lot) of work, but if you keep at it, you can earn a nice income with graphic design.
My 2 cents would say that being VERY competitive on elance and on here would build a phat portfolio quick. Then, you're portfolio will allow you to make you what you are worth.
Everyone here who makes big bucks is because they work hard for it. What happen? How did you get broke?
Have you considered affiliate programs? Just join some of them and start promoting. This could be a good kick start for you. An interesting way to promote your affiliate products is by using You Tube. Search for amateur videos with lots of page views. Then find an affiliate product related to the video, design a landing page and tell the author of the video, you are interested in buying their "About This Video" space. Place a link in there and start promoting!
Read every thread on here and you will find hundreds of ways to making money online. Don't think that the people that earn big did it overnight. Be prepared to put the effort in and work hardm, you will be rewarded
