I think Alexa's key to success, and she has said it before, is that she's a gifted writer(well, she has never said this directly, but it's fairly evident). She writes very high quality articles that are then published on various websites. Over time, if enough articles are published, especially in niches that are not saturated, a very substantial amount of traffic is sent her way. But, this question was directed at Alexa, so I'll let her answer.

P.S. I wasn't going to originally include my earnings, but maybe it will motivate some people to work harder.

I'm currently earning about 15 to 18,000 a month. This is between PPC, SEO, Article Marketing, and various different lists. The hardest part for me, and for most people, was finding what works. It's only a matter of scaling your efforts from there and never being happy with your current earnings. There truly is, IMO, an unlimited amount of money to made online. It's only a matter finding the best way to get your hands on it, which is ultimately what takes the most time, as we all know.

    Yes, it is.

As far as the earning potential, it is unlimited. Huge money can be made from Clickbank.
One of the key things is taking action, rather than reading reading reading and not taking any action, getting too overloaded. It's completely fine to read about methods for making money, but you need to take a lot of action, experiment, and you'll end up finding your own unique profitable ways of making money.

    6 figures a year..

the earning potential is only limited to YOU.. if you don't do shit you wont get shit!!!

think of it as shaking an apple tree... the harder you shake the tree.. the more apples you'll get...

I got out of ecommerce and exclusively do affiliate marketing now.. its much easier and once a website has steady traffic it requires very little maintenance

I worked around 20 - 25 hours per week for about 14/15 months so far.

You answered exactly right for me - thanks. I take a long-term view and try to write long, high-quality articles not thinking at all about quick traffic and quick sales, but writing for re-publication, using article directories (especially EZA) for their original purpose as a depository for webmasters to go to for content for their sites. (I do get quick traffic and quick sales too, of course.)

The way I do affiliate marketing wouldn't suit people who don't like writing, and it might not be cost-effective to outsource it all and pay a professional writer(?).

I do only two things: article marketing and some SEO of my sites/blogs. I've never looked at social media or videos or anything technically difficult at all. (I might try PPC soon, though.)

Sure, of course. Otherwise it's a hobby, not a business.

I have domain-names and hosting and an autoresponder. I did the first 3 or 4 months without an autoresponder but that was a mistake.

Only the autoresponder really costs anything. You can buy .info domain-names for $1 and you can get some hosting free at Byethost.com or very cheaply at hostica.com. You really can start off for $25. (I mean, you can start off free, using Blogspot and so on, but I think that's a mistake if you have $25).

I choose my products very, very, very carefully. I don't mean it any way impolitely or direspectfully but most of the products I see people here promoting I wouldn't touch, to be honest: they're just not for me.

how many articles I must write per day to get a good traffic? I actually never did it before, but when I read any ebooks or info I see that one of the best promoters is Articles.

Ok, I wrote 10 articles and put it to 10 article bases. So I have 10x10 = 100 links to my website.

How many traffic I can expect per day? 10, 50 or more then 100 ?

And can you Alexa tell me what is autoresponder?

It depends on many things, but the most important one is how good your keyword research is. There's no point in writing articles that people aren't already looking for, otherwise they'll never find them.

It collects the potential customer's email address from an opt-in box on your site/blog, and sends them automated email messages which give valuable enough information to keep people reading your automated email. Then you promote your hoplinks in the emails (starting maybe with the 3rd or 4th email you send out - don't try to sell quickly). Have a look here at an example (that's not an affiliate link). You can have a "free downloadable report" (and it needs to be really good, with information of value not easily available elsewhere!) on your little site/blog that you bribe people with by sending it to them (automated) if they fill in their email address, and that way you collect the lead. Some people won't fill it in anyway, but you have a much better chance of eventually making a sale to them if they do.

You can do article marketing successfully without an autoresponder. I started off without one and still made sales. But they make it much easier and better.

"Make money online" isn't really one of my main niches.

Whereabouts in Vilnius do you live?

    Good luck!

No - I have a couple of Latvian friends and I know Riga quite well (not really Vilnius) and I like the Baltic countries very much. I'm in the North of England. There's actually a shop called "Vilnius" near where I live, it's a sort of delicatessen, they have Lithuanian and Polish imported foods; and I sometimes see cars around with "LT" plates on them. Lithuanians are everywhere! ;)

Alexa congrats on the great numbers. Most people who use Clickbank expect to make money real quick and unfortunately it just does not work that way. Treat each success and failure as a lesson plus keep plugging away and then you will see the full potential of affiliate marketing

Nice work getting a consistent average of about $5k, Alexa.

I am still very new to internet marketing but I have seen a decent amount of success.

I started on November 1st and actually made my first sale the very same day.

My total for November was just under $2000.

This month has been exceptionally well for me and as we speak I currently sit at close to $3300.

I almost snagged a $500 day on Christmas. Managed an impressive $486 which shattered my previous single-day record of $205. And I pulled off $408 the next day as well.

All of my income has come strictly from bum marketing so far.

I plan on testing the waters with PPC soon.

I'm on a bit of a break for the holidays, but I'll be busting out the big guns and making a lot of big moves once January rolls around.

What I'm hoping to do is break a steady $6k a month by either March or April.

    what does it means?

And which way you promoted product the first day you sold it? I tried on Twitter, but there everybody sell the same stuff to everybody. I see there are only sellers and no buyers :) So I will change my plans soon.
