    @liror They aren't using any known scripts. It is most likely to be a custom script. The url's of the website are all unique to their content so it should be a custom script.

    If you are looking forward to make a site like that, you could use wordpress which will cut down most of your costs. But if you still want something like that, you could hire a web developer for it.

    Seems like it's a custom script .. Checked with http://builtwith.com and no any CMS's or other scripts found related to this site.

    There are many possible ways to do it, but this is custom because of the internal links I could see, no scripts/cms will actually make link to a .php script with passing specific parameter as the name says.
