    Hi, i changed my template of my wordpress blog, now i'm facing some problem while placing ads code.

    Tell me the exact location which will work fine for me from any way.

    I will hire the professional to put on that location..

    There is no "exact location", you have to experiment and find the best setup for yourself. Use colours that are already on the page to blend the ads, or find colours that contrast well. The 300x250s already in the posts look good but I'd try wrapping the text round them too. Make a not of your CTR for each change you make and go with the setup with the highest CTR.
