You also may consider XVideosharing (http://sibsoft.net/xvideosharing.html) - that's quite advanced video sharing script with multiple servers (there are several server roles - uploader, storage, encoding, etc) support out of the box. We also had good experience in integrating xvs with cdn service.
there are many tube plugins and theme. but i think wp-tube-plugin.com is complete package. package have xvideos adult tube theme, pornhub adult tube theme and many more adult tube themes.
