tell me how you use VCCs for FB Ads?

    I am using VCCs to run my campaign on FB, Google, Linkedin, Bing all success (see statement bellow), but some guys are still complaning they could not do?

    Is there any known reason they could not? Please share your experiences

    I know someone is cheating those vendors using VCCs, that is why they compaining that they could not use VCCs, not in my case.

    facebook block vcc if used in brand new account means accounts created just to use vcc..
