If you have wordpress there are plugins for this, and they are easy and kind of nice. If you do not have WP then you need to find one of the many that are out there. For good or for bad most are "co-branded" which means that there is no way to get around everyone knowing that you outsourced the function. If you can live with that, then fine. This tell a friend script thing is how viral marketing all got started.
