    I mean when I click the site, the same look i will get right?

    Without License can i maintain the site for long? I mean if I dont have license is VB team will remove code from site?

    Well without the license the site will still look the same yes, but for updates and to comply with vbulletin terms they will want you to purchase a license.

    Well to comply with their terms you need to have a legitimate license for their software.

    An adsense account? No the adsense account on this site is mine and not for sale.

    So many sites are running with old VB version mean they dont have licence right now?

    In order to run the vBulletin software, you need a license or else it is considered pirated and can result in the termination of the site.

    You can still run older versions of vBulletin with a license from them.

    I think what the seller meant is that their vB license is not included in the sale. You would need your own.
