Telesales scripts

    Hi Guys,

    I am launching a new venture and considering using telesales to sell ad space. Does anyone know of a company tha has a proven track record in writing advertising telesales scripts?

    Hi scots,

    I work for a company who sells staff training packages and one of our programs is 'tele-sales'. To be honest you are not going to do much better with an external company handing you a script you paid for, you need to put this script together yourself, something you are comfortable with reading. I know whenever I recieve telemarketing calls, I am more inclined to listen to those who are flat out honest and ask how my day has been, tell me they are selling a product etc. Not those who trick me into listening, because even though you might get another 20 seconds of the call, the end result will always be the same.

    My advice to you: Put a script together yourself, play around with it, find something you are comfortable with. When you are talking to your prospect, talk with a smile on your face, I know that sounds cliche, though it works, they can 'hear your smile' and it will put them in a better mood.

    Thanks subtle. I have been putting this together and i am using outsource telesales.

    I had left these guys to their own devices however they are not delivering and want to try a more scripted approach; I suppose my main concern is the difference in euro and US teleselling, as i find that the 2 approaches are completely different

    Hi,

    Many companies provide excellent cold calling services and scripts. There are proven scripts that can help your call being unscreened any further. When you are asked the purpose of your call and your name and designation just give a crisp reply.
