    ...probably you need to create "a bot" that spiders the web site for

    /about/
    /about.php
    /about.htm
    /about.html
    /about.asp
    /about.cgi
    /contact/
    /contact.php
    /contact.htm
    /contact.html
    /contact.asp
    /contact.cgi


    and any other related pages that you can come up with. Then it's just a regexp filtering...

    Ps. you may also create a spider that tries to find Contact link from the main page and then accesses it and finds the phone # if any
