Deja Vu would normally refer to as, "Already lived". It's like a feeling that you have already lived a particular moment, and it is increasingly common.

Seeing a car pass by and you feel, hey I've been in this exact same position before.Or maybe sitting on the porch seeing your neighbour mow the lawn and suddenly run homewards, and you feel, "Hey! this has happened before".
    That's Deja Vu

Though interesting deja vu is a function of the brain. It's no more supernatural than dreaming.

Seeing something happen before it actually happens doesn't necessarily mean
that you cause it to happen. This might be considered a premonition.

Governments from various nations have spent money and resources on studying
different types of telepathy. Mostly, an old technique known as "remote viewing".
This involves a receiver (person with telepathic powers) being in a secluded room
and focusing on finding the exact location of a targeted person from a very long
distance. Supposedly, they have had limited success with remote viewing.

Personally, I don't believe anything without seeing documented proof. ;)

The government will investigate any claim that may help them win wars, Afteral, It's not thier money they are spending. It doesn't actually mean there is any truth to any claim.

Like i said, If it's possible it would be provable, And as noone has been able to prove anything, Any logical mind has to conclude that it isn't possible.

Telepathy is familiar to many of us in our life.I once was sitting near the phone and I wished that I receive a long distance call from my brother who who works and resides in Dubai and I live in India. It was a long time since I did not receive his call at home. Suddenly, as I was thinking this, I received a call. So thats the outcome of Telepathy.

That isn't the outcome of telepathy. Its a coincidence.
What about all the other times you thought about your brother and he didn't call?

It must be real because I use it all the time, especially when I have no phone around

Things can be true, that can't be easily proven. A person might have a small degree of telepathy but no ability to control it, so they can't "proove" it. Doesn't mean it isn't real.

A keen observer can pick up on a combination of clues that can reveal what another person is thinking/feeling as well. Would this be telepathy?

On a similar point, if we believe our brain generates our thoughts, and that thoughts are very small electrical interactions in the brain, and electro-magnetic energy leeks all the time, then a super sensitive receiver should be able to pick up this energy..and possibly interpret it.

It would also seem to follow that such an ability would improve our 'survivability' from a Darwinian point of view..so it is conceivable some people might have this talent to various degrees of evoultion.

So if there currently is no real telepathy, it might exist someday, which if someone actually read my mind...well it could be quite scary.

And what of people who hear voices in their head, what if some of them were actually hearing voices...

If we have a claim that someone can do something and then they constantly and consistantly fail to do it, That means they can't do it. your claim that they have no control over it is mearly making excuses for thier inablity to perform the action which they claim to be able to do.

Like when Uri Gellar was proven to be a fraud. When there was someone monitoring him with the intention of exposing him he all of a sudden lost the ability to bend spoons. Strange how he never before, Or sinse, Lost the ability. What a convinient time to suddenly lose this magical power.

That would be intuition. things like tone of voice and body language are things that can be seen and monitored and over time we get to see enough body language to intuitively know what frame of mind that person is in. It's not mind reading, It's understanding human behaviour.

So would flying, turning invisible, changing the colour of our skin and seeing through walls... We can't do any of those things either.

i like to think it's real. just because it hasn't happened to me it's not necessarily false. after all the energetic human body is a reality demonstrated by the kirlian photos. so it's so hard to believe that we're all interconnected just like a giant web ? i think not. maybe...we had lost our abilities to be aware of all around us and we depend by our five senses.

None of what anybody is saying makes any sense. just because you like to think it's real doesn't make it so. the kirlian photos have nothing to do telepathy, and why on earth would we "lose" or "forget" such an important ability?

I keep expecting someone to come out and say they believe the fantastic 4 and fairies are real, There is about the same amount of evidence for them.
