    I thought you have to be over 18 to own a c/c

    Undeveloped, I'd say reg fee.

    Yes but it's possible to sell prepaid reloadable credit card (Visa Electron) to junior accompanied by one of your parents for example in Italy. The card can be used both in Italy and abroad to make payments, withdraw money and make purchases via Internet.

    Eighteen and Nineteen year olds can certainly have credit cards.

    I have some teen credit sites and they do okay, nice cpc. Anyway, the domain name without a site is worth reg fee like 99.9% of all domains.
