Has this been reported to the site moderators so the OP can be banned.

I noticed he tried selling proxychimp as well which did not appear to be his site 100% .....something seemed fishy there as well.

I dont think DP needs another scammer running around here.

Yes, he has already been reported to the mods/admin but it seems they themselves can't do much about it.

DP should definately ban scammers when the proof is very clear. He tried to cheat others in other thread also, but failed, you are not the only one.

DP should take their responsability seriously.

Its not about resolving disputes, its about getting rid of assholes that nobody wants here.

Shujinkko is a good friend of mine, well kindof. maybe because he has given me some freebies :p.

He told me that his paypal isn't locked, he just can't offer a refund because he provided that shipping code. He is out of town btw.

    Yeah
he is a good friend of yours but he scammed me. And continues telling me lies. He told me his pp account is locked. And that shipping code is also the fake one too!

I feel he does not really wants to return the money. Howerver, perhaps $340 is really big to him but I can loss if needed. In return he will know "how big" the trouble will be to him.

If he really want to return the money there are many other ways for him.

(And I am wondering if hasumoto is another nick of Shujinkko! Members beware !)

The only thing me and shujinkko have in common is we shared a namecheap account, he had a CC to buy me some domains thats about it.

vnjporg, even if he refunds you a part, do not take the template monster templates or anything. If he is a scammer, then why would he buy template monster. He probably got them from warez. Not too hard to fake a PayPal screenshot... Just copy source, edit text and take a screenshot.

    Thanks for your advice!
Yeah, I do not intend to take anything from him but the total money that he scammed me. I am willing to loose the money in return he will get "something".
He keep telling me lies. This is okey!

thats why its good to just use escrow.com for site purchases, then you dont need to worry about this stuff.

Yep, Paypal is extremely unreliable when it comes to digital item purchases. Thats why I don't buy "HUGE" sites because larger amounts could possibly be a bigger scam. I've never used escrow, How does it work with site purchases?

Its definately not his site, My friend Scott is the rightful owner, and I don't exactly why he tried to sell, the only thing he did to that site was integrate CGIproxy, which he did not do well. That site has far too much hits to be his site.

basically , you log into escrow.com, setup a new domain transaction. escrow.com holds the money until you click "Domain Recieved" button letting them know you have recieved domain and all other stuff included in the sale. once that button is clicks, then they send the seller his money. and its over without any headaches. they work as the middleman basicaly. They charge a small fee, but its worth it.

no. escrow has the money before anything else takes place, so they cant just take the domain and run.
