I find it funny how this person asked for ideas and then disappeared from his own thread. That lack of real commitment is why so many people fail online.

Also, lots of teens have websites, as it's the fastest growing demographic among "netrepreneurs"

when i was your age, to start making money online, i used to write articles for $1/100 words, usually game reviews/news. had some nice bank transfers for a 15 year old
