Teen Chat Forum (1400 posts) & A Unique Myspace Site

Ok, I have two sites that I'm listing for sale:

1. GreenYolk.com
It's a teen related forum that's lost a lot of it's activity as of late, it currently has 110 members and 1400+ posts. It runs on a VB license which is not included (it's leased). Traffic varies dramatically, see the screenshot below. Revenue is next to nothing, I don't like to put many ads on a forum until its well established. With some strong promotions and mailings, this site could be a huge success once again. This is a very well done site and I put a great deal of time and energy into every part of it (I heavily modded the vb templates and code - just look at the user profiles http://greenyolk.com/forum/member.php?u=1), I'm sad to see it go but I don't have the time to manage it. Please make offers, there's no bin at this point.

2. ImportCodes.com
This is a very unique myspace resoruce site, it's focused on the Asian/Import niche and is doing very well. In November it earned a total of $78.81 through adsense and over $14 from Valueclick. Traffic ranges from 180-260 uniques/day and is growing. I'll consider offers in the $800-$900 range for ImportCodes
