    I bought this site in last March 2011 from somebody, but I didn't do anything with it. It's a very specific dance niche called Tecktonik dance. The site ranks well for main keywords Tecktonik, Learn Tecktonik, Tecktonik dance, Tecktonik lesson

    I didn't know how to monetize this site, but maybe someone out there does.

    Note: You will need to guide me as to how to transfer the site to your hosting. I'm not familiar with this kind of stuff. Domain expires March 8th, 2012.
