Techsite is back up! need review!

My od tech blog is up and spinning again on www.techblogonline.com What u guys think about it? You guys have any tips how i can increase the pagerank for it?

The overall layout and design of the site is good and the ad placement is good,

The logo is not so nice but the posts and the rest of the design is really nice!
