    I haven't try submitting the individual blog but I am guessing you can't for technorati requires you to put their little button on your blog for them to accept it and if you may notice the little button appears on every page of your blog..

    First thing you do is add your blog. then you can submit posts.

    You can become a Technorati writer and submit any content you like as long as it's worthy. Something to look into if I were you.
