Technorati not updating my posts, and no support.

The post listed above in my blog is not appearing on technorati..ive pinged it a couple times and its not showing for some reason.

Ive emailed support a week ago about this issue and others and still no response. There support seems to be getting hammered...half the time it just says the server is too busy to lodge a support request.

Anyone got some tips about getting my pages indexed again?

What a coincidence, I had the same problem as you. It turns out that Technorati is lagging with their spiders. I eventually called them, forwarded a ticket and got some technorati indexing a day or two later!

You can read my post on it here! Hope it helps!

You don't need to. Read my post, I forwarded my email to one of the staff who gave it to support, so open a ticket and do the same thing! :p

Ya thats default in wordpress. Ive also manually pinged using it, and another service..mmm forgot the name. See the thing is it was fine before, indexing no problems, but now its playing up..and I got a feeling its to do with moving my blog from the root to /blog/, even though the feed url

http://www.sitefiend.com/blog/feed/ is the same now as it was then.

Plus theres no way to change anything in relation to this once youve claimed a blog...Not to mention other RSS services get my feed fine...

I read sixty6's post, but the autoresponder says give it a week, before sending another email to keep them moving...I kind of dont want to tempt fate, or the wrath of technorati, by pushing in line...its obvious there support section is already having serious problems with backlogs.

Ill give it another couple days.

If you don't get a response in a couple of days, I think you should just forward it to the email I forwarded it to and see what happans :) If not I'll call them and ask which I email I should forward it for you

Ya good call. Its a pain in the butt, I think in this early days a good deal of my traffic is going to come from there....all these other rss feed type services are good for nothing more than backlinks it seems.
